RETURN POLICY
Gary Baseman Shop has a 10-day return policy, which means that you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please see below for EXCEPTIONS.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. We require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a digital return shipping label. Returns will need to be sent to the following address: 137 North Larchmont Blvd, No. 129, Los Angeles, CA 90004
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately (within 10 business days, Monday through Friday). If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, we will assess the issue and correct it to the best of our ability.
We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during shipment, or when items are damaged when customer opens package.
Exchanges
Please request exchanges within 10 days of receiving your item. Please note that due to the collectible nature of most products sold on this website, replacement of certain products may not be possible.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and verify if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method (minus shipping costs) within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
EXCEPTIONS on FINE ART PRINTS, CUSTOM, or ONE-OF-A-KIND ITEMS
Because fine art prints and some items are limited, rare or one-of-a-kind, all sales of these are final. Please email contact@garybaseman.com within 10 days if your shipment arrives damaged or is incorrect.
